Shipping Policy
At The Great Haul TCG, we understand that collectors expect their purchases to arrive quickly and in excellent condition. Every order is carefully packed to help ensure your cards and sealed products arrive safely.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, major product releases, sales events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Pre-order items will ship once they become available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, your shipment may be held until all items are available unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected depends on your package size, destination, and the shipping method chosen during checkout.
Estimated delivery times after processing:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information if tracking is included with your selected shipping service. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Packaging
Protecting collectible items is one of our highest priorities.
To help ensure your order arrives safely:

Single cards are shipped in protective sleeves and rigid protection such as top loaders or semi-rigid holders when appropriate.

Sealed products are packaged with cushioning materials inside sturdy shipping boxes to reduce movement during transit.

Graded cards are individually wrapped and reinforced for additional protection.
Depending on the contents of your order, items may be packed separately to provide the best possible protection during shipping.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package appears delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information first, as carriers occasionally experience unexpected delays.
If tracking shows your order as Delivered but you cannot locate it:

Check around your property and mailbox.

Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.

Contact your local post office or shipping carrier.
If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. We'll gladly assist with opening a carrier investigation when appropriate.
While we will do our best to help resolve shipping issues, The Great Haul TCG cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that carriers mark as successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

A description of the problem

Clear photos of the product(s)

Photos of the shipping box and shipping label (if applicable)
After reviewing your claim, we'll determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Shipping Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice an error after checkout, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your shipping information if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.
Once an order has shipped, we are generally unable to change the delivery address. The Great Haul TCG is not responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly during checkout.
Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, particularly larger orders or those containing a combination of singles, sealed products, and accessories. If this occurs, you'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
